Terms of use
The ground rules for using the Proposo website and hosted application.
Last updated October 23, 2026
Agreement and operator
These terms govern use of the Proposo website and hosted application. If your organization has a separate written agreement with us, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms. By creating an account or using the hosted service, you agree to these terms on your own behalf or for the organization you are authorized to represent.
Accounts and access
You must be legally able to enter into an agreement and provide accurate account information. Keep your credentials and recipient links secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your workspace. Tell us promptly at hello@proposeo.co if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your documents and responsibilities
You retain ownership of the documents and other content you submit. You give us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and store that content to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to use the content, for selecting recipients, and for the legality and accuracy of your documents and signing process. Do not use Proposo to send unlawful, deceptive, or harmful material or to interfere with the service or other users.
Electronic signatures
Proposo provides tools to request and record electronic signatures. You decide whether those tools fit a particular document, signer, and jurisdiction. You are responsible for obtaining any required consent and for checking the identity and authority of your signers. Proposo does not provide legal advice or guarantee that a particular document will be enforceable.
Optional features and outside services
Optional AI drafting and connected services, such as HubSpot, may send selected data to their providers when enabled by your team. Review generated text before using it. Those providers may have separate terms, and you are responsible for choosing whether to connect them. The publicly available source code, where offered, is licensed under its own repository license; access to the hosted service is governed by these terms and any separate customer agreement.
Plans, changes, and termination
Any paid plan, fees, and renewal terms are shown at purchase or in a separate order. We may update or discontinue features and may suspend access to address security, nonpayment, or a serious violation of these terms. You may stop using the service and request account closure. We may retain completed records when required by law or a valid agreement. Material changes to these terms will be posted with a new date.
Service limits
We work to keep Proposo available and secure, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, incidents, or circumstances outside our control. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular legal purpose. Any warranties, remedies, or liability limits in a separate signed agreement continue to apply.
Privacy and contact
Our Privacy notice explains our data practices. Questions about these terms may be sent to hello@proposeo.co.
